Lesley Pinder is an award-winning director and writer with television and film experience. She tells authentic, character-driven stories that explore human connection and how people navigate emotional and psychological challenges.

Across television, film and the visual arts, Lesley’s directing credits include daily television drama in the UK and Australia, short films, moving image artworks, and corporate productions. Her short films have screened at international film festivals and received numerous awards.

Lesley recently directed End Pointe, a darkly comedic female-ensemble genre film. It premiered at the 2025 Flickerfest International Short Film Festival and has since screened at festivals across Australia.

Breathe (2022) achieved widespread recognition on the international circuit, screening at numerous festivals, including several Academy Award® qualifying festivals. The film received multiple award nominations and won several awards, including Best International Short at Cittador International Film Festival in Vienna, Austria.
